Decorating for the development the Civil Defence and for defences of Poland. The II class - silver. The decoration was established on 6 August 1976 and has been awarded initially by the Prime Minister and since 1980 by the Minister of National Defence.
A version with a larger ribbon circle, embossed in the form of a wreath. Circle and comparison with the regular version in the last two photos.
