Palatka with brass ring

A cloak-collar (plasch-palatka) used as rain cover, camouflage and shelter - a tent. Such pallets could be joined together several at a time to form larger tents. A cord is sewn into one corner to allow it to be converted into a hood. Version with corner castors made of brass and wooden pegs. Hemp cord is included to connect the palatkas or attach them.
